Thank You for Joining Us at the BSCNZ Launch Party

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at the BSCNZ Launch Party yesterday at the Birdcage Tavern. It was a fantastic afternoon filled with great conversation, industry connection, and a shared commitment to supporting our cleaning workforce.

One of the highlights of the event was the exclusive preview of the new de-escalation training videos, developed by Risq and funded through the Workforce Future Fund. These videos are part of a broader initiative to enhance safety and wellbeing for cleaners who may encounter difficult or high-pressure situations in their roles.

We’re pleased to announce that these videos will soon be made available to the industry via Intuito. The series includes seven short, practical videos, each designed to be clear, engaging, and easy to follow. To ensure accessibility for all, subtitles will be provided in multiple languages, supporting New Zealand’s diverse cleaning workforce.
