Becoming a member of BSCNZ adds value to your business. It gives you a strong point of difference over non-members, providing customers with confidence they are choosing a contractor who has met the strict entry criteria of the national trade organisation.
Only BSCNZ members can be a Registered Building Services Contractor. Members also agree to abide by our Code of Practice meeting minimum standards in quality service, health & safety, legal requirements, insurance, dispute resolution and employment conditions.

BSCNZ will provide opportunities to attend networking events, conferences and educational seminars, including the biennial industry trade show CleanNZ Expo.
BSCNZ will provide members with a free subscription to NZ InClean magazine, and keep you updated on relevant industry matters through various communication outlets, including regional committee meetings, regional AGMs and the members’ section on the active website.
BSCNZ is the only united voice representing the cleaning industry. Through your local regional committee, members have the opportunity to provide feedback on industry matters that lead to input into submissions made to government.
