The BSCNZ promotes the cleaning industry's vital role in providing clean, healthy environments for the whole of a buildings life time, benefiting building owners and managers who use a registered Building Service Contractor.

The BSCNZ has been representing New Zealand's building service contractors and promoting excellence in the industry for over 50 years. Our members range from sole operators to multi-national companies and provide a diverse range of cleaning and facility services.

BSCNZ is the only trade organisation representing the cleaning industry. Collectively members commit to best practice and operate a process of continuous improvements, striving to learn from other members.

Using A Registered Building Services Contractor

Only a BSCNZ member can represent themselves as a Registered Building Services Contractor, giving customers the comfort that they are employing a reputable contractor who has met the BSCNZ's strict criteria and comply with the associations code of conduct.

Chief Executive Officer

The CEO is appointed by the Council to direct the affairs of the association. 
The CEO is not a member of the association.

Members

BSCNZ members are registered building service contractors who comply with a code of conduct that provides their clients with peace of mind. Members fall into categories of Corporate, Registered, Private, and Associate.

Regional Committees

BSCNZ currently has committees in Auckland, Waikato, Wellington, Canterbury and Otago/Southland. These committees are made up of elected members from within the regions.

Management Council

Elected annually by all members. The council oversees the business affairs of the Association.
