Careerforce: proud BSCNZ Partner

Careerforce is excited to be a BSCNZ Industry partner from June 2025.  Supporting work-based training across the health & wellbeing and cleaning sectors for over 30 years, Careerforce works with thousands of employers across New Zealand.

Over this time, Careerforce has supported tens of thousands of learners into achieving nationally recognised NZQA qualifications through practical on-job training, that recognises and then builds upon their existing competencies.

Careerforce is offering zero fees* on selected employer-led training programmes

Careerforce is making it easier and more affordable than ever, to keep your cleaning team learning and growing.
For a limited time, they are offering zero fees* on selected employer-led training programmes, along with 50% off full-service programmes. A key theme emerging from their annual employer survey was around the financial barriers to training staff, and these enrolment offers are designed to help ease the cost of upskilling while supporting high-quality services across the cleaning sector.

  •  NZ Certificate in Cleaning (Level 2)

Recognising that employers have varying capability and capacity to support their work-based learners, workplaces can choose between ‘Employer led’ or ‘Full-service’ enrolments:

  • Employer-led enrolments:  the workplace takes an active role in the training and assessment process, with their staff member(s) trained and qualified as assessors.
  • Full-service enrolments: learners are assigned an assessor by Careerforce, who provides full assessment services to the learner for the duration of the training programme.
